Green ' n Gold Casserole
I first made this green and gold casserole when my kids were very young, and it quickly turned into a favorite of theirs. ... filling, economical, reheats well.
Quick, easy and ingredients we have on hand!

3 c cooked rice

1/4 c butter

3-4 c grated cheddar cheese

4 eggs beaten
1/2 t each: marjoram, thyme

1 c milk

1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed

1 TBSP chopped onion

1TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients mixing well. Put in a greased 2 qt casserole, wet the casserole dish in a pan with 1" or so of water, bake 350, aboiut 45 minutes or until set.
